Whether you're looking to save money, avoid crowds and germs, or simply don't feel like taking the kids out on the town for holiday activities, Zillow has a simple solution to enjoy a little Christmas magic using your own computer or smartphone. The real estate company created a listing for Santa's North Pole cabin and workshop that allows you to browse through images of his picturesque polar property.

The house, of course, is off the market, but the Zestimate — Zillow's estimate for how much the property is worth — for Santa's rustic digs rings in at a stellar $1.1 million. When the home was first claimed on Zillow in 2016, it was valued at $650,000 but the Clause family abode is reaping the benefits of a surge in housing prices with the North Pole compound nearly doubling in value in the past six years.
Even if it isn't for sale, you can still scroll through images of the main cabin along with Elf Village — and even take a virtual 3D tour. Featured are stashes of milk and cookies, cozy slippers, and even a glimpse of Santa's coat hanging on a hook near the entrance.
Kris Kringle's cabin is one of the most viewed homes on its site, Zillow says. We imagine all that traffic might be coming from parents trying to prove to their kids that Santa is indeed real and evaluating them for his naughty or nice list.
