Leonardo DiCaprio

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio owns a few mansions in and around Los Angeles, where he was born and raised. This includes a $7 million Spanish Colonial-style estate in the neighborhood of Los Feliz where he grew up, a $13.8 million Malibu mansion overlooking the water, a Palm Springs midcentury mansion in the $5 million range, and a sprawling Hollywood Hills compound that combines a home he bought from Madonna in the 90s for just $2 million and a neighboring property he recently bought for $10 million. He also owns several luxury apartments in Manhattan and an island (yes, an entire island) in Belize.

Her holdings stretch across the world, including an $8.9 million mansion in Portugal dating back to the 18th century, a 58-acre estate in the Hamptons complete with horses and a recording studio, a $40 million Georgian mega-mansion in New York City’s Upper East Side neighborhood that used to be three individual townhouses, and a $19.3 million mansion just outside of Los Angeles.

Beyoncé and Jay Z

When you’re both moguls (Beyoncé has now won more Grammys than anyone in history), you’re bound to have a nice collection of homes. Though Jay and Bey have bought and sold more than a few gorgeous properties, including their current $88 million Bel-Air compound and $26 million oceanfront home in the Hamptons.

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise’s real estate holdings, though also impressive, might surprise you with their locations. His most famous home is a $4.2 million mansion in West Sussex, England. Along with its charming, elegant design and immaculate gardens, the home is conveniently near the Church of Scientology’s UK headquarters. He also owns a $9.6 million penthouse in Clearwater, Florida, where he owns the top two floors of the building (along with three other condos in the high-rise). Cruise has also bought and sold several multi-dollar mansions in Los Angeles, and in 2021 he sold his 320-acre ranch in Telluride, Colorado for a cool $39.5 million.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift, cat lover and pop star, has quite impressive properties herself, said to be worth $81 million. Her famed Tribeca penthouses, now turned duplex, were purchased from Peter Jackson, of Lord of the Rings fame, and she’s added two adjoining apartments to her holdings since then. She also owns a townhouse in the West Village (complete with indoor pool), several estates in and around Los Angeles (including a Beverly Hills mansion purchased from legendary producer Samuel Goldwyn), a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Rhode Island, and two homes in Nashville.

Oprah Winfrey home

Oprah Winfrey

When your first name is synonymous with a beloved media brand, you likely have a nice home or six. Oprah’s estate in Montecito spans 70 acres, including a 6,000-square-foot guest home. She’s also said to own homes in Chicago, Atlanta, Maui, Telluride, and Miami.

Miley Cyrus home

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus, as her song “Flowers” repeatedly states, can buy herself flowers. She has also bought herself a nice little collection of homes, between the $3.9 million 5-bedroom Studio City, California home that she bought in 2011, her $7.9 million Malibu mansion purchased at the end of last year, plus various properties that she’s bought and sold over the years.  Those homes include a vineyard-meets-ranch in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills and a 33.5-acre estate in Tennessee that she bought for $5.8 million in 2017 and sold for $14.5 million in 2022.

Rihanna home

Superbowl winner (if you ask the gossip magazines, that is) Rihanna, like Miley, has bought and sold some impressive properties. Those still in her possession include a $22 million beach estate in Barbados, a $5.5 million penthouse in LA in the same building as Matthew Perry and Paula Abdul, two neighboring mansions in Beverly Hills, and a Mediterranean-style villa in Hollywood Hills that she now rents out for $35,000 per month.

Hugh Jackman

Kris Jenner home

Kris Jenner

Kris Jenner’s California-based real estate portfolio is so extensive that she’s said to have forgotten about one of the places she owns — a little $1.6 million Beverly Hills condo. Also in the portfolio is a $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, next to her daughter Khloe, a luxe $12 million retreat in La Quinta, and two homes in Calabasas.

Kim Kardashian home

Kim Kardashian

Jenner’s daughter Kim has a similar collection of California-based properties. Homebase is a Hidden Hills mansion designed by interior design legend Axel Vervoordt and valued around $60 million (Kardashian recently bought out Kanye West’s portion when the couple split. She’s also bought and sold several neighboring properties in recent years. Kardashian recently purchased a $70.4 million oceanside mansion in Malibu that once belonged to Cindy Crawford. She also purchased a large undeveloped property in La Quinta with her now-ex Kanye West, but it’s unclear who will become owner in the wake of their divorce.

Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner

Reality star and cosmetics mogul Kylie Jenner has a similar portfolio to her sister Kim and mother Kris, located in many of the same areas. She owns a $12 million Hidden Hills property, a $13.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills (shared with her on-again-off-again partner Travis Scott) that was recently listed for sale, a $36.5 home and connected guest apartments in Holmby Hills, and a casual little $15 million 5-acre lot in Hidden Hills.

Adam Levine

Adam Levine

Similar to the Kardashians, Adam Levine owns a lot of homes, which are mostly in and around Los Angeles. His neighborhoods of choice, with wife Behati Prinsloo, include Beverly Hills and the Pacific Palisades. They also own a $4.5 million apartment in the New York neighborhood of SoHo, said to have an old industrial feel. Ariana Grande home

Ariana Grande

Pop star Ariana Grande recently married real estate agent Dalton Gomez, but even before that, had a few mansions to her name (as well as a few other homes that she bought and sold). Along with a 6,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired mansion in LA’s Benedict Canyon neighborhood that she now rents out, she also owns a $16 million apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, a $6.8 million dollar Tudor-style home in Montecito, California, and two other multi-million dollar mansions in Los Angeles. Seeing as she’s now married to real estate agent Dalton Gomez, there’s a good chance more homes may be in her future.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez
