While Halloween reigns supreme in most people's minds when it comes to acceptable candy handouts (threatening to egg the house of anyone who hands out raisins or toothbrushes does up the game), Easter ranks up there, too. According to CandyStore.com, $2.63 billion in candy was sold for each holiday in 2015, though only one had a plethora of Peeps.
The site compiled over 2,000 survey responses to find out which were the most reviled — and loved — candies to stock Easter baskets. And yes, Peeps did make the naughty list, if you're wondering, though it wasn't the most hated.
If you wanna make sure your hard-earned Easter expenses are worth it, read on. Or don't — but don't say we didn't warn you when the complaints about Cadbury Eggs commence.
