Whozits and Whatzits Galore

Another week, another dive into the deep end of the OfferUp pool. Curious about what people out there are selling? Here's what's going on in North Carolina, where I live. Welcome back to the OfferUp 8.

Bubba's Redneck Trivia Game

$10

Incredible name aside, someone has listed this item as “Bubbles Redneck Game,” which has made me laugh every time I've looked at it. The guy on the box looks like a Bubbles, I’ll give them that. What is this game even about?

A Dodgers-Themed Door Wreath

$20

While it is not that insane to sell a Dodgers wreath, it’s worth noting that I live in North Carolina. Seems like quite a leap to assume somebody around here would want that.

The twist ending here is that I’m actually from Los Angeles. How did they know?

Some 'Polar Express' Action Figures

$25

How did these toys even get made? If there’s one thing about “The Polar Express” that I never want to think about again, it’s the way the characters looked. Those lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll's eyes

A PlayStation 4

$300

It’s not weird that this person is selling a PS4.

It is weird that this is the photo they went with to do so.

This Nerf 'Blaster Rack'

$25

You better run a Nerf arena if this is something you need. If you have so many Nerf guns that you require an armory to store them all, perhaps you have an addiction that you should look into.

Mysterious Jarred Peppers

$5

A chill shot down my spine when I saw this photo. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: You probably shouldn’t buy things from strangers on the internet and then put those things in your mouth.

A Crocheted Double Cheeseburger Hat

$20

This thing is great. I love that somebody out there is just sitting around, crocheting cheeseburger hats, and selling them on an app. That sounds like a nice life.
