Using data from Realtor.com, we drafted a list of the most expensive neighborhood in North Carolina and every other state based on the median home list price. The Myers Park/Eastover neighborhoods (not to be confused with the town of Eastover, North Carolina, three hours to the east) have been the wealthiest in the city of Charlotte for several years running. Property values around Freedom Park have been boosted largely by an influx of multigenerational outsiders, drawing successful millennial professionals and retirees with hefty nest eggs.
