Where to Donate for Racial Justice in Your State

As Americans reflect on the anniversary of George Floyd's death, the push for racial justice and equity has become part of the national conversation in a way that few could have predicted a year ago. If you've been struggling to come up with a way to be a helpful part of the conversation and movement, opening your wallet isn't a bad way to start. This list includes both national and state-level organizations fighting for racial equity, as well as bail funds. It is by no means exhaustive — if you know of an organization or charity that belongs on this list, tell us at kris@cheapism.com.
