These Folks Outdid Themselves.
Okay, so the whole r/furniturerestoration community of Reddit is handing out inspiration left and right to anyone who might otherwise settle for abandoning and thereafter tossing out a piece of furniture that they feel has seen its best days.
The handiwork at play in the following collection of restoration examples is top-tier and also doubly impressive because of how much money some of these folks likely saved in the process.
Just imagine a scenario where you come to learn that you've had this gift for restoring furniture to its original condition, buried underneath the surface of your own exterior that's otherwise bogged down by your 9-5 job. And now, you're strolling off into the cotton candy-colored sunset with toolkit in hand, ready to take on the world and all of its furniture in need of restoration?
Maybe getting a bit far out ahead? Oh well, it's okay to dream the sweet golden dream during these times.
(And don't forget that some DIY projects can go terribly awry.)
