Happy Meals put a smile on everyone’s face, whether you’re a kid who loves the toys or a grown-up who just wants a small combo meal in a colorful box (no judgment!).
McDonald’s is hoping to inspire children to be kind and generous to others during the holiday season. The second toy in each Happy Meal is meant to be gifted to someone else, and it’s even indicated on the box that one is meant for keeping, and the other is meant for gifting.
“Whether they choose to gift their extra toy to a family member, make a friend smile, or show kindness to a neighbor, it’s all about helping kids feel the joy of giving this holiday season,” said Jennifer “JJ” Healan, McDonald’s Vice President, U.S. Marketing, Brand, Content & Culture, in a press release.
The toys in these special Happy Meals are from Pet Simulator, a game in Roblox about collecting different kinds of pets. There will be two toys in each Happy Meal, plus a sheet of 18 stickers to make different Pet Simulators with your toys. The gift toy is already boxed and ready to be given out.
The Pet Simulator Happy Meals will go on sale at McDonald’s on Nov. 26, 2024. They’ll only be available through Dec. 16, and “while supplies last.” We’re not sure whether these will sell out, but a lot of McDonald’s recent Happy Meals have been very popular.
