Cher is putting her Malibu mansion on the market again, and — in case you're looking for a bargain — it's going for $10 million less than it was listed for in October of last year (put down your checkbook; it's still not cheap). The singer and Oscar-winning actress is selling the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom abode for a mere $75 million. But hey, you'll get a lot of bang for your many, many, many bucks.

Cher bought the land for just under $3 million and had the Italian Renaissance-style 13,126 square-foot home built in 1999. The icon spared no expense on the place, importing limestone and marble from Italy and France and tiles and hand-wrought bronze doors from Spain and Morocco.
Every room has not one ocean view, but two — so it's extra fancy (or should we say "spicy" as Cher once described it). There are also 40 mature palm trees, a tennis court, an infinity pool that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, and lots of arches. If you're in the market for a $75 million getaway (and who isn't?), this fab place just might be for you.
