Blackberry Liqueur (Crème de Mûre)

The classic French liqueur isn’t too difficult to make yourself, but it does require some time. You can do this in two weeks if you’re in a hurry, but for best results, let it infuse for a few months. Then mix it into your favorite summer cocktail for a refreshing drink.

Blackberry Clafoutis

Julia Child made this French dessert famous, and if you like berry desserts and flan, you’ll love this hybrid. Though it’s traditionally made with cherries, Julia was way ahead of her time and gave the dish her own spin.

Savory Blackberry Sauce
