If the idea of unlimited paid vacation time seems like an unattainable dream, it might be time to dust off your resume. A growing number of companies offer this appealing perk, the latest being Kenneth Cole

@flynanced Replying to @shaynotchea I will always Stan by unlimited PTO being a game changer for young working women who love to travel #unlimitedpto ♬ original sound - Cinneah of Flynanced

Other companies that offer unlimited PTO include

  • Microsoft
  • Netflix
  • Oracle
  • Asana
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Goldman Sachs
  • Salesforce
  • Zoom
  • Evernote
  • Vimeo
  • Roku
  • Hubspot
  • Chegg
  • Adobe

Oh, and you can add Cheapism to that list, too.

If you're ready to send in your application to any of these places, do note that some critics of the practice say it's more of a perk for the companies than the employees, as there's no accrued vacation time to pay out when a worker leaves.

But, at the right place (cough, here, cough), unlimited PTO can be a very welcome perk.
