This Atlanta staple is famous for biscuits; they’re all over the menu. If it’s your first time, you’re gonna want to start with biscuits and sawmill gravy. That’s still probably not enough biscuits, though, so tell them to bring a basket.
Los Angeles
Though it’s only a pop-up, Pa's Biscuitisserie has raised plenty of hype for itself in Los Angeles. These are Georgia-style drop biscuits (meaning they’ve been dropped onto the baking sheet rather than rolled) with a few gravies to choose from. Get your hands on it if you can.
Asheville, North Carolina
People call Beth Kellerhals the Biscuit Queen of Asheville for a good reason: She’s the biscuit queen of Asheville.
