Most fast-food hacks live primarily on the internet or are whispered from super fan to super fan. But McDonald's is hoping to spread the word by officially adding four popular hacks of its food to the menu for a limited time.

Starting Monday, customers can order four menu hacks by name and get the ingredients to put them together themselves. (The do-it-yourself aspect is apparently part of the fun, and it certainly saves McDonald's workers a bit of labor, too.) The hacks are:
- the Hash Brown McMuffin, which entails slapping a hash brown into your Sausage McMuffin with Egg;
- the Crunchy Double, a mashup of Chicken McNuggets and a Double Cheeseburger;
- the Surf + Turf, a combination of a Filet-O-Fish and a Double Cheeseburger;
- and the ambitious Land, Air & Sea,which requires hungry customers to combine a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, and McChicken into one mammoth sandwich.
While three of the hacks are available through any of the usual ways you can place a McDonald's order, the Surf + Turf is available exclusively on the McDonald's App or via McDelivery, so plan ahead.

And since we all know fast-food hacks are tailor-made for sharing online, anyone who orders one is encouraged to post their meal on social media with the tag @McDonalds and the hashtag #McDonaldsHacks.
