Cheapism gathered the results from data compiled by iSeeCars ranking the top 1% of more than 2 million vehicles that achieved the most miles to find the Top 10 rides with the best longevity.

2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid

10th-Longest Lasting: Toyota Highlander Hybrid

Top 1% Mileage: 244,994

Toyota's lifespan is unmatched according to iSeeCar's list. The manufacturer produces 6 out of 10 of the longest-lasting vehicles, with the hybrid Highlander SUV being the first to crack the Top 10. The midsize crossover's roomy interior offers three rows of seating.

9th-Longest Lasting: Toyota Avalon

Top 1% Mileage:  245,710

Though now discontinued (2022 was its last model year), the Avalon proved to be one of the Toyota's most reliable rides. Alas, the sedan was put out to pasture to make room for the Crown, a hybrid sedan that arrives in early 2023.

8th-Longest Lasting: Honda Ridgeline

Top 1% Mileage: 248,669

The lone Honda on this list is also only one of two trucks to make the cut. The Ridgeline is Honda's only pickup truck and comes in just one style: a short-box, crew-cab configuration.

The Tahoe is one of Chevy's most popular full-size SUVs, and it has proven that it can stand the test of time with mileage surpassing 250,000.

6th-Longest Lasting: Toyota Prius

Top 1% Mileage: 250,601

Known for being the first mass-produced hybrid vehicle, the Prius has been around since 1997 and has proven to be a faithful ride. Older models were four-door sedans, but starting with the 2003 model year, the Prius shifted to a five-door hatchback design.

5th-Longest Lasting: GMC Yukon XL

Top 1% Mileage: 252,360

The GMC Yukon XL's extended length makes it an even heftier ride than standard full-size SUVs, but its size isn't all it has to offer. Think of the Yukon XL as the elephant or whale of the auto industry: It's huge and has a long lifespan to boot.

Top 1% Mileage: 265,732

Chevy's Suburban has been around longer than any other ride on this list, having debuted in 1935. The full-size SUV is Chevy's clear winner in terms of longevity.

Off-road vehicles are meant for adventure, but Toyota's Land Cruiser is reliable on the road too with a lifespan surpassing 280,000 miles. The model has been around since 1951 with no end in sight.
