This Mother's Day, Colonel Sanders is skipping the flowers and bringing a crispier offer to the table. After a five-year hiatus, the fan-favorite Chicken and Waffles combo is returning to KFC menus nationwide.

In a press release, KFC confirmed fans can soon get their hands on the beloved combo. It’s exactly what you remember — crispy fried chicken (Original Recipe or Extra Crispy, take your pick), thick Liège-style waffles studded with pockets of pearl sugar, and a bottle of Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup standing by to make it all even more extra.
“We believe Chicken & Waffles is an American icon,” said Catherine Tan-Gillespie, President of KFC U.S. “Flavorful, juicy and freshly fried secret recipe chicken, paired with sweet, golden waffles and gooey syrup — it’s bold, it’s delicious, and it’s back on our menu just in time for Mother’s Day!”
Alongside the returning legend, KFC also debuted Strawberry & Crème Pie Poppers — bite-sized flaky pastries with a creamy strawberry filling that’s basically screaming “dessert stomach.”
These tiny fruit bombs designed for sneaky snacking were made with moms in mind but hey, anyone who likes their fast-food pie handheld can hop the KFC train.

From May 9 to 11, KFC is offering $0 delivery on all digital orders made through the app or website.
