"Six Feet Under" premiered on June 3, 2001, and became a huge hit for HBO. The series ran for 5 seasons and won a number of awards, including nine Emmys and three Golden Globes. The show revolved around the Fisher family, who ran the Fisher & Sons Funeral Home in Los Angeles. Nate and David take over the funeral home after their father dies. 'Six Feet Under' came to an end in 2005 with a perfect series finale. Since then, the cast has gone on to star in other TV shows and movies.
Peter Krause played Nate Fisher, the eldest Fisher child. After "Six Feet Under," Peter went on to star as Adam Braverman on "Parenthood." The series ran for six seasons on NBC.
