George Clooney
‘ER’ was a hit medical drama series that aired from 1994 to 2009, with 331 episodes and 15 seasons under its belt. The show followed the lives of doctors and nurses working in the emergency room at County General Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. ‘ER’ was the longest-running medical drama in history until ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ surpassed it in season 16.
The show featured an incredible ensemble cast that included George Clooney, Julianna Marguiles, Anthony Edwards, Eriq La Salle, Noah Wyle, Sherry Stringfield, Ming-Na Wen, Alex Kingston, and more. George got his start on ‘ER’ and has since become one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. He played Dr. Doug Ross on ‘ER’ from season 1 until season 5. He did return in the final season. Since ‘ER,’ George has won an Oscar for his role in ‘Syriana’ and for producing the film ‘Argo.’ His other notable films include ‘Up In The Air,’ the ‘Oceans’ movies, ‘The Descendants,’ and more. He is married to Amal Clooney and they have twins, Ella and Alexander.
