Walmart’s Recalled Broccoli

Marketside Broccoli Florets sold at Walmart in 20 states are now under a Class I recall, the highest-risk level issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

The recall applies to 12-ounce bags of Marketside Broccoli Florets, specifically: 

  • Best if Used By: December 10, 2024 
  • UPC Code: 6 81131 32884 5 (found on the back of the bag) 
  • Lot Code: BFFG327A6 (listed on the front of the bag)

What Should You Do?

In case you have the recalled broccoli, you should throw it away immediately or return it to Walmart for a full refund. Contact a healthcare provider if you have already consumed it and experience symptoms.
