Forget pizza because Domino's wants you to order something new for your Super Bowl party this year: Loaded Tots.

The chain has long offered other sides and add-ons, including wings, bread, and even pasta, but this is the first time it's wading into the world of bite-size potatoes. Frankly, as someone who's never been interested in chicken or pasta from pizza chains — and is a self-proclaimed Tater Tots dumpster — I'm tempted by Loaded Tots.

Loaded Tots include a base layer of crispy potato nuggets and come in three varieties:

  • Cheddar bacon: smoky bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and garlic Parmesan sauce.
  • Philly cheesesteak: slices of steak, fresh onions, green peppers, alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  • Three-cheese: mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, and alfredo sauce.

The regular menu price can vary based on location, as with pizza, but for now, Loaded Tots are being offered as part of the chain's long-running $7 mix-and-match deal. Simply order two or more eligible items, including medium two-topping pizzas, boneless chicken, desserts, or the new Loaded Tots, and each item is $7. That means you could lay out one heck of a Super Bowl feast for not a lot of dough.
