As one of our most reliable sandwich chains, Jersey Mike’s is an important part of any lunch rotation. But maybe you’re sick of the regular menu; maybe you need to switch things up. As tends to be the case with chain restaurants, you can combine a number of New Jersey Michael’s ingredients and hack your way to some secret menu meals. Here are 10 dishes to try from the Jersey Mike's secret menu.

1. 56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak With Chipotle Mayo

This is the easiest item to order off the Jersey Mike's secret menu: Just ask for a #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and add chipotle mayo.

2. Lumberjack Salad

  • Begin with a Club Supreme in a Tub.

  • Sub turkey for prosciutto.

  • Add spicy mustard.

  • Ask yourself why you went to Jersey Mike’s for a salad.

3. The Martian

  • Order a Super Sub.
  • Substitute the ham and prosciuttini with salami and pepperoni, respectively.
  • Throw some extra provolone on that thing.
  • Don’t order this when there’s a big line behind you.

4. Chicka-Fila-Roni

  • Start with a Mike’s Famous Philly, and sub the beef for chicken and pepperoni.

  • I’d like to shake the hand of the person who named this one.

5. Surf 'n Turf

This might sound weird, but it’s actually a pretty bangin’ combination and can be a delicious sandwich.

  • Get a Club Supreme with Swiss cheese.

  • Swap the turkey for tuna and lose the bacon.

6. The Meateor

This is a menu hack classic, in that it’s not really much of a hack and more of an assault on your well-being. Just order a sandwich with all eight of Jersey Mike’s meats: turkey, ham, applewood smoked bacon, roast beef, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Expect to spend at least an extra $10 on this.

7. BLT

Though it’s not officially listed on their menu of sandwiches, Jersey Mike’s bacon is solid and can easily make the foundation for a classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. The addition of the signature shredded lettuce, pickles, oil, and vinegar are a great touch, too.

8. Pepperoni Pizza Sub

This requires red sauce, which went on the discontinued meatball sandwich. However, some Jersey Mike’s locations still have it, so order accordingly.

  • Order a ham and provolone sandwich, and sub the ham for pepperoni.

  • Ask for red sauce on the bottom piece of bread.

9. Sweet Pepper Wrap

  • Get a grilled veggie wrap with grilled onions and peppers.

  • Add hot peppers and cherry pepper relish.

  • Finish with some chipotle mayo.

10. R&R Special

Love Reuben sandwiches? The R&R Special is Jersey Mike's twist on a classic Reuben. Order it by name and you'll receive a sub stuffed with pastrami and corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing.
