KitchenAid, Adidas, and Other Brands With Outlet Shops on eBay

If you love to while away an afternoon browsing at an outlet mall, you're far from alone. Bargain hunters have kept outlet malls thriving even as their mainstream counterparts have struggled. EBay decided to get on the action last year by unveiling brand outlets, many of which offer refurbished or discontinued products at a major price break. Better yet, the outlets often feature items sold directly by the brands themselves, lessening the chance you'll make a shady eBay purchase you regret. What you'll find: A wide range of manufacturer-refurbished stand mixers (hello, iconic Artisan), plus food processors, blenders, and other small appliances. Items are sold either directly from KitchenAid or an authorized reseller.  
Example savings: A blue refurbished KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer for $230, down from a list price of $400. A refurbished 3.5-cup food processor for under $30, down from $60, with free shipping.

What you'll find: Men's, women's, and kids' shoes and athletic apparel sold directly by Adidas. While the price breaks supposedly top out around 60% off, we found plenty of items available at even greater discounts, often when fewer sizes or colors are left. 
Example savings: A men's camo logo sweatshirt for $25, down from $55. We also saw a classic pair of women's sneakers for $43, down from $100. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: New and manufacturer-refurbished headphones, including the ubiquitous Bose QuietComfort series, plus wireless speakers, soundbars, and home music systems. All items are sold directly by Bose, supposedly for up to 50% off, but we spotted a few at as much as 70% off. Some new items are "open box," meaning they don't come in their original packaging. 
Example savings: A refurbished pair of QuietComfort 35 Series I wireless headphones for $185, down from $350. A refurbished SoundLink Micro portable speaker for $70, down from $100. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Need some new sunglasses? They're up to 60% off in eBay's Ray-Ban outlet. You won't be buying directly from the company (the easiest way to ensure you're buying genuine Ray-Bans), but the primary seller, SunFrames, guarantees their authenticity and offers free 30-day returns. 
Example savings: A unisex pair of silver-framed specs with blue polarized lenses for $70, down from $190. Women's tortoiseshell-framed glasses with purple gradient polarized lenses for $130, down from $273. Shipping is free. 

What you'll find: A small selection of manufacturer-refurbished vacuums, fans, and hair appliances, all sold directly by Dyson — no cheap knockoffs here. The outlet advertises discounts of up to 50%, but we still found some deeper savings.
Example savings: A refurbished Dyson V8 Animal+ cordless vacuum for $210, down from $500. A refurbished Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer for $240, down from $400. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Running shoes are notoriously expensive, but eBay might hold the key to cheaper workouts. The New Balance shop has plenty of running shoes, plus other men's, women's, and kids' shoes and athletic apparel sold directly by the brand for up to 70% off, or even more in certain cases. 
Example savings: A pair of men's black Fresh Foam sneakers for $60, down from $160. A women's gray and white hoodie for $23, down from $78. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Make the splurge of a lifetime for a little less using eBay's Rolex outlet. New and pre-owned watches are supposedly sold for up to 30% off, but it wasn't hard to spot plenty of better deals. You won't be buying directly from the company, but the watches are backed by eBay Authenticate (key for a luxury-brand purchase) and a money-back guarantee.  
Example savings: A pre-owned, like-new women's two-tone gold and steel Datejust watch for $3,910, down from close to $9,000. A new men's Sky Dweller gold watch with a leather band for $32,552, down from more than $47,000. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Got your eye on a Surface Pro? There are plenty among this outlet's small selection of new and manufacturer-refurbished laptops, desktops, Xbox controllers, and computer accessories sold directly by Microsoft for up to 35% off. Just beware — we noted several items that were not only not discounted, but cheaper at other retailers. 
Example savings: A new Microsoft Surface Book 2 with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage for $2,199, down from $2,499. A new magenta wireless mouse for $12, down from $30. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: We could all use some comfy clothes for lounging around at home or exercising. Champion's outlet sells a solid selection of men's and women's basics, including athletic shorts, T-shirts, and sports bras, all sold directly by the brand. It advertises discounts of up to 40% off, but there are also better deals to be had.
Example savings: A maximum-support, moisture-wicking sports bra for $16, down from $40. A men's crewneck logo sweatshirt available in a variety of colors for $31, down from $65. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Battery-powered lawn mowers, edgers, leaf blowers, power tools, and accessories. Most items are new, but a few are manufacturer-refurbished or "open box," new but without their original packaging. Everything comes directly from Worx for up to 40% off. 
Example savings: A new bundle including a string trimmer, leaf blower, and three batteries for $229, down from $360. A new but open-box mower with a 13-inch cutting width capable of mulching and bagging for $240, down from $280. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Men's, women's, and kids' shoes and athletic apparel, and the price is right — all items are sold directly by Reebok for up to 70% off. (If you love a good throwback, you're in luck, as there are plenty of pairs of classic white kicks straight out of the '80s.) 
Example savings: A pair of men's retro black and white running shoes with faux suede accents for $34, down from $90. A women's Thermowarm down vest for $40, down from $110. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: It's hard to resist indulging in something sparkly every once in a while, but there's no reason to overpay. This direct-from-brand outlet boasts more than 2,600 listings for new fine and fashion jewelry, including men's styles and a selection of engagement rings and wedding bands, at discounts up to 80% off — but sometimes even higher. 
Example savings: A pair of ¼-carat diamond stud earrings in a white gold setting for $189, down from $499. A ¾-carat diamond halo engagement ring for $1,000, down from $4,000. A gold-plated halo pendant on an 18-inch chain for $9, down from $129. Shipping is free. 

What you'll find: Over 1,200 listings for wardrobe basics including socks, underwear, solid cotton T-shirts, hosiery, sweats, shapewear, and hoodies. All are sold directly by Hanes for up to 60% off. 
Example savings: A long-sleeve unisex baseball T-shirt made with UPF-rated fabric for $11, down from $18. A Just My Size wire-free minimizer bra for $12, down from $17. Shipping is free.

What you'll find: Long a favorite of professionals and frequent do-it-yourselfers, Milwaukee tools have a solid reputation, but quality doesn't come cheap. Find some relief in eBay's Milwaukee outlet, where new and manufacturer-refurbished saws, drills, and other tools and accessories are sold at a discount by authorized sellers. While the prices are supposedly up to 25% off, we saw plenty of fatter discounts. 
Example savings: A refurbished cordless impact driver for $60, down from $120. A sturdy new toolbox and low-profile organizer for $120, down from $150. Shipping is free on many listings.

What you'll find: We all know how absurdly expensive phone cases can be, but there are more than 600 of them at a discount in the eBay Case-Mate outlet. There are plenty of choices for current Apple and Samsung models, all sold by Case-Mate directly for up to 40% off or even more.
Example savings: An iridescent grooved case for the Apple iPhone XS Max that offers 10-foot drop protection for $15, down from $40. A similarly rugged, hard-to-miss purple sparkle case for the Samsung Galaxy S10e at the same discount. Shipping is free.
