You may think of soup as just a wintery thing, or something to eat while staring out the window on a rainy day, but the year is long, and there's so much soup to be had. I cannot come and arrest you for eating the wrong soups during the wrong season, for I am not the soup police. No matter how many applications I submit. That said, some soups are just better in the summer.

This might be the first thing you think of when it comes to summer soups, and there’s a reason for that. Gazpacho is refreshing as can be. You can do it a million ways, too. Below you’ll see a classic ‘spacho recipe, but don’t be afraid to dress it up in differentoutfits.
